Understand the error messages on the Login Page
If the event is in the future, we’d recommend sitting tight. If your event is happening today or you’re trying to gain immediate access, you can write to us through the chat.
For security reasons, each Quick Access Link works only one time. If you click it again, you’ll see an “expired link” message.
Issues accessing event or receiving emails
This sounds like a firewall issue. Troubleshooting firewalls are complex enough that we’d recommend reaching out to us in the chat and we can walk you through the steps. Having said that, here are some measures that we typically recommend:

On event days, we’re available live through the chat as early as one hour before the event starts to make sure everything runs smoothly.
On days we are not hosting events, click the chat to fill out the form, and someone from our team will get back to you within 24 hours, Monday through Friday.
