Login and Access

Understand the error messages on the Login Page

  • First, check if you are logging in with the same email address that you registered with.
  • If you’ve forgotten your password or it’s not working, you can click the “Forgot Password?” link on the login page to reset it.
  • To bypass the need for a password, you can also use the Quick Access Link functionality on the Login page, and an email will be sent to your inbox with your personalized link to enter the event.
  • Check if you are logging in with the same email address that you registered with.
  • If you just recently registered through your association’s website, it’s possible your information has not yet synced with our system.

    If the event is in the future, we’d recommend sitting tight. If your event is happening today or you’re trying to gain immediate access, you can write to us through the chat.

For security reasons, each Quick Access Link works only one time.  If you click it again, you’ll see an “expired link” message.

  • Go back to the login page and click “Send Me a Quick Access Link” to get a new link by email again.

    Important:
    Make sure to open the latest email you received, as older links will no longer work.

FIREWALL AND EMAIL

Issues accessing event or receiving emails

This sounds like a firewall issue. Troubleshooting firewalls are complex enough that we’d recommend reaching out to us in the chat and we can walk you through the steps. Having said that, here are some measures that we typically recommend:

  • If you’re on a restricted work network, try turning off your VPN
  • If possible, use your personal device and your network (you can use your phone’s hotspot).
  • If those aren’t options, ask your IT team to allow access to these domains (and all subdomains):
    matchboxvirtualspaces.com
    mbvs-server.com
    mbvs-chat.com
    whereby.com
  • Check your spam/junk folder (if you find the email there, you can whitelist it to ensure you receive future emails).

On event days, we’re available live through the chat as early as one hour before the event starts to make sure everything runs smoothly.

On days we are not hosting events, click the chat to fill out the form, and someone from our team will get back to you within 24 hours, Monday through Friday.
